It's tough to make taking the bus seem a) a choice and b) fun, but somehow the creative team at Supersonic have managed the impossible with this storming spot for Stagecoach.
Following the antics of four excitable students as they attempt a bit of money-saving transport, Chris Cottam's film, shot through Chief, presents relatable scenarios with energy and stylish vigour; relishing in deliberately lo-fi visuals which add to the sense of anarchy.
The real star, however, is the insatiably earwormy tune that gives BUSSED IT BOSSED IT its snappy title. Written by musician/comedian Chris Cottam (aka Brett Domino), the song's witty lyrics, complimented by the cast's enthusiastic performances, make the whole thing unforgettable.
