Shot on film over the space of a year, new-land's luscious ode to the act of physical exertion is an uplifting (and exhausting) montage of determination and delight.
Whilst this particular has rarely said anything during workouts other than "why are we doing this?" and "please stop", sportswear brand Stadium are encouraging others to utter Thank You Exercise for getting us out of the funk of 2021 and into a healthier place.
Directed by Natanael Ericsson from a concept by the brand's in-house creative team, the film soars with stripped-back sound, gorgeous cinematography from Niklas Johansson and Andreas Johannessen, and a cracking edit from Fredrika Andersson.
