Fresh off their hilarious Disney+ series and still rocking as hard as they ever did, The Electric Mayhem have found their way onto Spotify for this enjoyably bonkers long-form spot.
Enlisting the talents of Bobby Moynihan, rapper Rico Nasty, singer/songwriter Ashnikko, and musician Orville Peck; Shaun Collings' joyful film, shot through Fela, captures the hard-playing, fun-loving ethos of everyone's favourite puppet-based band perfectly.
"I honestly was thrilled to work with The Electric Mayhem, but I was also a bit nervous as well, having never worked with the Muppets before," explains Collings. "However, once they stepped on set it was a wave of joyous emotions. The entire Muppet team are magicians. I went up and spoke to each band member just like any actor and surprisingly enough it felt incredibly natural.
"It truly was a dream come true. "
