And while both of those pastimes might not be ideal for promoting cardiac health, the emotional release that good films bring about certainly eases the heart in other ways.

Concepted and produced by Sky Creative for Sky Cinema, this spot takes the viewer on a totes emosh rollercoaster ride through rousing moments, celluloid snogs and sweet exchanges from all kinds of movies, from holiday classics such as Elf and Love Actually, to blockerbusters like Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse, Top Gun: Maverick and more, all of which are screening on Sky Cinema this Christmas.
