After last year's inaugural event, plus a star-filled trip over the pond for an LA edition, shots Out of the Box is back in Blighty for another dose of the digital page brought to the actual stage.

Taking place at The Londoner in Leicester Square on Wednesday 20 November, this year's line-up is expanding on everything you enjoyed from the last event and honing it to a more focused and rewarding day.

Our first session is a panel discussion around sustainability in commercial production. However, this ain't your grandma's noddathon around the talking points; with Sustainable Production in a Time of Crisis, we're looking for take-home solutions that acknowledge the challenging times the industry is in.

Hosted by Emma Horton, Sustainability Director at XR, the panel brings together leaders who are not only passionate about green production but also pragmatic in finding solutions that align with tightening budgets: Jo Fenn (AdGreen), Anthony Falco (Ad Net Zero), Annie Gibbons (Dentsu), and Clémentine Buren (Le Pac), as they discuss how companies can make impactful changes today, working towards B Corp certification and implementing sustainable practices that are both environmentally responsible and cost-effective.

We're also thrilled to announce that CEO & Creative Director of Good Shout, Amy Charlotte Kean is heading back to the stage for a session that will wake up even the most tired of minds.

Can you nap your way to better ideas? will explore a largely untapped creative resource, often dismissed or forgotten - dreams - discussing how harnessing our slumber-trips can lead to more original ideas, offering a unique, unfiltered space for creativity.

From dreamy concepts to a series that sounds like a nightmare to shoot, NOMINT's Yannis Konstantinidis talks us through his element-harnessing films for the World Wide Fund for Nature that have picked up a shelf-full of awards.

From sculpting polar bears from ice to conjuring images through smoke, the intricacies and sheer insanity of the campaign and its new, as-yet-unreleased 2024 iteration will be explored in our Anatomy of an Ad.

After the successful (and lunch-break pushing) back-and-forth discussion that took place in our Heads of Production Roundtable last year, this year's session is going full-scale interactive, inviting the audience to 'ask me anything'.

Chaired by the IPA's Eliot Liss, HoP AMA brings four top agency CPOs as they discuss the current landscape, sharing challenges, solutions, and potential pitfalls facing production today, led through attendee questions.

Anna Murray (Mother), James Brook-Partridge (Hogarth), Jessica Ringshall (Saatchi & Saatchi), and Matt Craigie-Atherton (New Commercial Arts) will offer their insights into the evolving demands of the industry, where no topic is off limits - that includes you, in-house production.

Finally, would Out of the Box be Out of the Box without an on-stage Q&A with a LEGEND? Join us for an engaging chat with Lynsey Atkin, the newly appointed Chief Creative Officer at McCann London

Hosted by shots co-editor Jamie Madge, the conversation will explore her impressive career, creative process, and the stories behind her most acclaimed work - including the celebrated Channel 4 idents and the Paralympics’ powerful Super. Human. campaign - alongside her exciting new role at McCann.

With an additional session still to announce, plus all the networking and coffee-slurping opportunities you can shake a tasty sandwich at, make sure you pick up your ticket here. Whilst you're at it, don't forget to grab one for the shots Awards EMEA too, taking place at the same location on the evening on the 20th Nov.
