Ever thought of what feels you get with certain food and drinks? From the bouncy globular delights of Boba tea, the fiery thrills of spicey chicken and the serenity of sushi to that cosy, loved-up feeling that only a dumpling can deliver?
Developed by Mother LA and created by Nexus Design Studio, these tasty animations for Postmates capture the unique experiences triggered by that first delicious bite or slurp of sustenance.
Titled This Is Your Brain on Food, the integrated campaign includes nine shorts produced by a creative ensemble of directors, animators and designers, led by CD Harry Butt. Each distinct film showcases a unique animation style, from claymation and 3D characters to 2D animations and a unique technique reminiscent of celluloid scratch film.
