Created by DDB/Warsaw and directed by Paco, through Dynamo, this fun campaign examines one of the layers of discomfort beneath the festive façade – what happens when rivalrous siblings are forced to spend time under one roof.
Following the tussles between two very different sisters, the film As I Want features icy glances exchanged over iced gingerbread, comparisons between kids and pets and – that classic old Christmas chestnut – who has brought the best stuff for mum and dad.
But ultimately it seems an exchange of well-chosen presents between the two melts away the conflict, proving that the real gift, beneath the fancy wrapping paper, is shared connections and the history that bind family together.
