It's convenient to think that, after the news broadcast has finished, the troubles of the world fade away as quickly as the ad-break starts.

Using this concept to powerful effect is Les Enfants director Olivier Staub's new film, AfterNews, for international charity Humanity & Inclusion (HI).

Portraying the events of the broadcast as mere actors' performances, Paris-based agency Strike's message is succinct and beautifully constructed.

"The challenge of this film lay in maintaining a seamless narrative flow, allowing audiences to discover and appreciate the characters as the story and concepts unfolded beyond the pivotal moment," comments Staub. "Entirely shot using cutting-edge 'LED Wall' technology, this film pushes the boundaries of visual storytelling, immersing viewers in an unparalleled striking cinematic world."
