Created by Alto and directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Tom Hooper through SMUGGLER, this tender spot for NYC hospital Montefiore-Einstein taps into the true meaning of the holiday spirit.

The film stars a boy with cerebral palsy as he embarks on a whimsical adventure above New York City, piloting in an inflatable plane with his brother alongside a crew of disabled animal characters, which he illustrated with the help of life-transforming eye-tracking technology.

Making underrepresented groups visible on screen mattered deeply to everyone involved with the project. With this in mind, Hooper, as well as Alto and Montefiore, felt it was necessary to cast a real child with a disability.
