Director Joanna Nordahl has created a subtle film that depicts the isolation and disconnection people suffering from depression can feel.
Created with Swedish agency Save Our Souls, the film, titled Being Human Is OK, handles its characters and tricky subject matter with a light touch, and a tone that is never overly forlorn.
It features some wonderful cinematography from Paul Özgür and evocative music composed by Gustav Karlström with sound design from Martin Mighetto.
