Alongside a crystalline-studded cast, Adwoa Aboah enters a new realm through a jeweled crack in reality.
Beautiful and delicate, WonderLab showcases a fantasy world made of Swarovski dreams. As Aboah wanders through a surreal neon-lit world, crystals float around her, men eat chains like sharing a kiss, and crystals coat every single surface. Strange and bizarre, the ad continues to turn around on its axis, creating new vignettes in every scene.
WonderLab is backed by FKA twigs’ track two weeks, which adds to the atmosphere of the piece. The film was shot by Director Terence Neale of Park Pictures and, in addition to Aboah, stars Gwendoline Christie and Isla Johnston. Black Kite Studios was commissioned to create the visual effects to help bring Neale’s vision to life.
