Produced by Vespa Pictures, Save Ralph shows the cruelty that test animals undergo in order to make products “safer” for humans... but at what cost?
Ralph is your average bunny. If your average bunny was also a test animal for cosmetic companies. Ralph is bruised, blinded, burned, and comes in with one ear crooked. Hearing loss. As he details the horrors of his life, he’s suddenly pulled out of his home and strapped into a test lock by his neck. As the other bunnies around him beg and plead with the documentary crew, Ralph gets another test.
Without leaving any room for excuses regarding animals’ treatment, Save Ralph is a heartbreaking PSA for Humane Society International about the torture that innocent animals undergo every day, every hour, for the “benefit” of human products like chapstick, lipstick, and sunscreen. Save Ralph was written and directed by Spencer Susser and includes the talents of Taika Waititi, Ricky Gervais, Zac Efron, Olivia Munn, Tricia Hefler, and Pom Klementieff.
