Directing duo AB/CD/CD have created this colourful and conceptual music video for English music artist Mae Muller’s new track, I Wrote A Song, which has been announced as the UK's entry at this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
Leaning into the directors' eye-catching visual style, the promo combines clever in-camera tricks, special effects, phenomenal choreography and stylish costume design.
Through mind-boggling transitions that distort our perspective, the film sees cars, restaurants, bedrooms and cinema screens seamlessly transform from full-scale props to doll’s house-sized scenes in which Muller lives out her wildest fantasies of wreaking havoc in her ex’s life.
