Lockt Editorial, a leading post-production company known for its exceptional creative talent and cutting-edge services, announce the signing of editor Adam Kimak for exclusive U.S. commercial representation.

With this exciting addition to their roster, Lockt Editorial continues to strengthen its offering of top-tier editorial talent. With a focus on fashion and deep story-telling, Kimak gravitates toward projects that utilise fast and dense energetic sequences followed by moments of stillness.

Utilising his background in percussion, Kimak draws inspiration from sound to draw parallels between the music and editing. Through his rhythmic techniques, Kimak has consistently pushed boundaries, bringing a fresh perspective to every project he touches.

Working with notable clients such as BMW, The North Face, World Surf League, Snipes, Red Bull, and Oakley, Kimak incorporates a poetic and frenetic approach to his editing and sound design style when delivering captivating visual experiences. Adam Kimak brings a wealth of experience and a distinct artistic vision to Lockt Editorial. With a background in commercial and branded-doc, Kimak's strength as an editor is his flexibility to navigate effectively through different types of pacing and styles, all while being able to push ideas and concepts creatively by combining inspiration from various types of projects.

“Adam has continuously raised the bar on every project since we first began collaborating,” adds Connor Scofield, CEO and Head of Post Production at Lockt Editorial. “ He is always ingrained in the creative process and brings fresh ideas to the table in a thoughtful way. With Adam in the bay, the editing process is always seamless and just straight-up fun.”

"Lockt's ability to push creative boundaries immediately drew me in. I’m thrilled to join a team that recognises and cultivates innovative storytelling,” says Adam Kimak.
