Zocdoc launched its 2025 brand campaign, You’ve Got Options, which takes an exaggerated, humorous approach to conveying the joy of feeling in control of your health care.
You’ve Got Options showcases the joy patients feel when they’ve found the right caregiver for them, despite the otherwise joyless circumstances. Underneath the satirical tone of each film lies a universal truth: The healthcare experience should make patients feel better, not worse, during their time of need.
The work simultaneously illustrates the plurality of providers across disciplines, from general practitioners to dentists to eye doctors to mental health specialists.
Zocdoc is intentionally set up to give more power to the patient, offering verified patients reviews and giving them an unmatched breadth and depth of providers. This helps each patient find the provider who is just right for their particular needs.

As ZocDoc’s creative AOR since 2021, 72andSunny has evolved the brand’s tone as it has grown in popularity and awareness. From the script alone, the spots just sound like normal conversations, but the satirization of their specific healthcare needs comes through in the acting.
Hockey Teeth depicts two hockey players in dire need of dental care, but their lack of front teeth and lisp-inducing conversation brings levity to the situation. Couples Therapy is the brand’s first spot about mental health care, one of the platform’s fastest growing care specialties. A couple is shown finding common ground over finding a therapist on Zocdoc, yelling as if it were an over-the-top argument.
Siiiiick plays up the double meaning of the word “sick,” showing a woman who is deliriously sick yet finding it very awesome that she’s able to find a quality, in-network doctor with immediate availability. Pink Eye takes a more ominous tone, with a girl getting jump-scared by her mother, who is sitting in the dark and searching for doctors to help with her double pink-eye.
The four spots feature Zocdoc’s new sonic logo created by Made Music Studio, which will be implemented across all channels.
15 and 30 second cuts will air across North America on linear, OTT, and paid social. Horizon Next handled media buying for linear, Bliss Point Media handled OTT media, and Power Digital is Zocdoc’s paid social AOR. Siiiiick and Hockey Teeth will run across all channels for the first half of the year, and Couples Therapy and Pink Eyes will begin running in July 2025 through the end of the year.
"It feels pretty good to partner with great clients like Zocdoc to make some hilarious work, but it feels even better to let people know they have options when it comes to healthcare. An incredible partnership, a crucial mission, and a whole lot of fun, we couldn’t be happier for this next chapter in the Zocdoc story." said Ashton Rose, Creative Director, 72andSunny Los Angeles
"We are all patients, united by unacceptably disempowering healthcare experiences. With 'You've Got Options,' we wanted to highlight the simple joy patients experience when they easily find and book the right doctor, and have agency over their care. Thanks to our excellent team at 72andSunny, our new campaign brings this concept to life with humanity, humour, and brightness, which is distinctive when it comes to creative in healthcare." adds Jessica Aptman, Chief Communications Officer, Zocdoc
