Whilst not exactly taking that long to create, Jonathan Lindgren's warm and witty How to Make Sushi still feels like a character-led masterclass in stripped-down storytelling.
With glorious animation, cheeky twists in the tale and an exceptional eye for detail, this film and filmmaker are certainly ones to watch.
