Award-Winning, London-based sports film maker Jane Stockdale has joined the ever-growing YAH-stable.
Scottish born, London based Jane Stockdale arrives at You Are Here, ready to stake her claim on the London Ad-Scene.
Through her extensive stills work, and into her burgeoning career as a moving image director, she displays an innate talent for intimately documenting people.
Her work is at once vulnerable and energetic, bridging the gap between the quiet spaces that surround sport and the high-octane moments that draw the crowds.
Stockdale has worked with some of the biggest names in sport, from Rafa Nadal to Anthony Joshua, and with brands including Asics, Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Red Bull & Rapha. Her recent stills work with Anthony Joshua, can be seen on the London Underground Network now.
She comes to You Are Here with a fantastic film reel and we think Jane will very soon be up there with the hottest names in sports film-making.
We all know how difficult it is for female directors to get a foothold in our industry, especially in the typically hyper-masculine world of sport, and that makes Stockdale’s reel all the more impressive.
