The spot, created by Mother London and directed by Matilda Finn in her first project at Biscuit Filmworks, features Charles Jeffrey’s fashion house, LOVERBOY’s, bold aesthetic as he and his long-term entourage of friends, including Charli XCX, enter an otherworldly dreamy night.
The film is cinematic and enchanting as it follows an eccentrically dressed group around the grounds at night.
The partnership between Samsung and the British Fashion Council aims to share a platform with one of London Fashion Week’s brightest up-and-coming stars.
Charles Jeffrey’s LOVERBOY is known for elaborate; performance-led shows that have previously been translated into film and that movement from catwalk to screen is once again seamless here.
Charles Jeffrey, Founder and Creative Director of LOVERBOY added, “the inspiration for my collections come from my love of alternative Subcultures, abstract art and passion for music. This collaboration with Samsung and Charli XCX, to launch the Galaxy S22 Series, celebrates the dreamlike experience and memories of nightlife culture and nights out with friends.”
