Creative agency Hvíta húsið has launched this touching and nostalgic spot for airline Icelandair, directed by Rúnar Ingi through Nordur.
The story starts in Berlin, 1990, where a young woman explores the city for the first time. We are then pulled back to the present day, where we see the protagonist as a mother, reminiscing over her past travels with her daughter by her side.
They spontaneously decide to visit her old house in Berlin, and are surprised to find a memory box containing her old photographs and keepsakes, portraying how all journeys have unplanned twists and turns, no matter the destination.
