Rather surprisingly for a retail chain that sells gardening supplies, German brand Hornbach has to released this wonderfully-produced spot, directed by Hauke Hilberg through CZAR, that showcases the beauty found in not looking after your garden.
In a mesmerising explosion of colours, textures and sounds, the cinematic film, which was created almost entirely in camera with minimal CGI, gets down in the dirt to follow the lifecycle of wild plants.
It captures the epic journeys of seeds as they travel through all weathers and terrains, until they reach the final spot where they take root and flower in Spring.
After a gorgeous montage of time-lapsed footage, the camera pans out to reveal a lush and colourful wildflower garden, demonstrating how Mother Nature is the most talented gardener of all.
