Your pulse races; your mind goes blank; you can’t take your eyes off this new object of desire… That love-at-first-site feeling is hard to beat.

And, as this clever ad reveals, it’s not confined to flesh and blood paramours, bricks and mortar can induce similar passions. Particularly in an overheated housing market.

Created by London-based ad agency, isobel, and directed by Oskar Bard through Hobby Film and Kraken Films, this spot, A Savills Love Story, spoofs 90s rom-com tropes with a tale of a house that wins over the affections of a young woman on a railway station platform.

The meet-cute attracts the attention of onlookers who join in the celebration of this girl-meets-detached-Georgian-family-home-blessed-with-period-details-and-excellent-transport-links.
