Whilst it may not be as immediately scary as a loony with a chainsaw or an attack by an inanimate object, the human devastation of the planet is probably the most horrific scenario of the modern world.
Taking the tropes of B-movie thrillers and applying them to issues such as plastic pollution, oil production and deforestation, Greenpeace France and agency La Chose have created a trio of short-shockers that make a start point in a funny manner.
Directed by Alexandre Courtès, known for parody series Au service de la France, the films manage to make a smart, swift point whilst chucking in a chuckle for cult movie fans.
