Director Camila Zapiola, who is repped by Bold in the UK, teams up with Frontier, New York agency Hill Holiday and Stink/USA, to deliver a cautionary tale of young love killed by irreconcilable digital differences.
Using a classic rom-com scenario, the film Lull depicts two teens in the first throes of flirtation. As hands reach across the sofa and the inaugural snog looms, it's all looking peachy until the budding Casanova reveals he has cable.
This admission renders him an unsuitable suitor for a fast fibre-connected girl with superior upload capacity – so an awkward uncoupling ensues.
