Fighting climate change with Do Good Food
Do Good Chicken is the first chicken brand that fights food waste and combats climate change
Centred around doing good for our planet, Do Good Chicken is launching its first ever brand campaign, Good for Plate & Planet produced by Tomorrow and created by Boulder-based creative agency, Fortnight Collective.
Through a 360° approach, the campaign is designed to bring the brand's mission to life in a relatable and lighthearted way – bringing an actionable solution to the seemingly overwhelming issue of climate change facing our world. “We believe that people inherently want to do good by our planet, but often feel that they may need to make drastic changes to their day-to-day lives to make a real impact,” stated Sheridan Budin, Chief Marketing Officer of Do Good Foods. “Fortnight has delivered a campaign that shows how it’s possible to fight food waste and combat climate change simply by making a different choice at the grocery store.”
The campaign includes one :30 and one :15 spot, titled Bicycle and Walrus, that creatively address the tension of wanting to do good by our planet and feeling overwhelmed at what specific, achievable actions will make a real difference.
Fortnight Collective was awarded the Do Good Chicken account in September 2021. “We’re beyond excited about the extensive work created behind this new brand,” states Fortnight Founder Andy Nathan, “We love to partner with people and brands that believe in doing good for our planet. And clearly that’s their mission—heck, it’s their name.”
