Nadia Thakore will join the production company MindsEye, representing their roster of visual talent.

Born and raised in Dublin, Thakore began her career in Paris working across fashion buying and production. This work led her frequently to film sets, sparking her interest in how productions come together, not just creatively but culturally.

Moving to London led Thakore, unexpectedly, to post-production, giving her a 360 view of how ideas evolve from pitch to final delivery. From there, went on to become Director’s Rep at BIRTH, crossing the bridge between their French and UK Market.

Curious about people and process, Thakore is intrigued in how creative work actually comes together, not just from idea to idea, but as a whole. How trust is earned, momentum builds and a structure comes together to give directors the freedom to get on with the fun stuff.

Thakore will report directly to partners/brothers Hughie and Charlie Phillips, supporting the company’s eclectic roster of established and emerging directors in the UK market and beyond.

On joining MindsEye, Thakore said: “What resonated with me most about MindsEye was the creative energy. There’s a real closeness to the team, people genuinely support each other, and you can feel that in the work. There’s a deep connection there. It’s ambitious but not ego-led, which I love. I’m excited to support the directors in a way that’s thoughtful and strategic, and to continue to add what Hughie and Charlie have created."

"I’m delighted to welcome Nadia to the team," said Hughie Phillips, MindsEye founder. "She completely understands the direction we’re travelling as a company. She’s also incredibly friendly and passionate about directors and filmmaking, which is what, ultimately, we are all about."
