If an ad creative writes a book, you'd kinda hope the commercial promoting it would be fairly hard-hitting.
Thankfully, for Eugene Cheong - former Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy APAC and DDB Asia, and the most award-winning Asian advertising creative in the world - that is literally the case.
Created by agency GIGIL, the film for new tome Cowards Don’t Go To Heaven sees a burnt-out young creative repeatedly slapped as he attempts to read.
With a simple yet funny concept and a hilarious punch- (or should that be slap-) line, shot by director Marius Talampas through ARCADE, this genuinely LOLable spot certainly leave a mark.
