Whilst it's not impossible to imagine shooting a post-apocalyptic wasteland in the current climate (without much need of set dressing), it's unlikely to reach the scope of the journey portrayed in Samuel Jerome Mason's lovely promo for Future Islands.
Backed by their new track, For Sure, the video takes in open roads, crumbling architecture and occasional glimpses of life, all stunningly rendered from 3DsMax on GarageFarm.
Accompanied by a pair of vehicles whose emotionless relationship drive [pun intended] the narrative on, this richly constructed and elegantly assembled road-trip is an eye-catching ride.
