This new campaign from DDB Budapest for Deutsche Telekom features a precise and quite demanding young boy who has very specific instructions for his grandfather.
Directed by Stina Lütz, the 90-second spot embraces the fact that, after the Covid interrupted Christmas of 2020, this year sees many families happy to be reunited for the holiday festivities.
This is particularly true of young children, many of whom missed seeing their elderly grandparents over much of the last two years, and while technology has enabled many to stay in virtual touch, there's nothing like that physical connection and this film, called The Biggest Gift, explores the relationship of a grandson and his grandfather who have not seen each other for a long time.
