In typical Thai ad fashion, this totally mad series of spots created by Ogilvy for yoghurt drink brand Delight sees a trio of deadpan characters shouting at their loved ones to share what is ultimately a sweet and caring message.
Directed by Teerapol Suneta through Suneta House, Not Very Sweet shines a light on the country’s overconsumption of sugary snacks and change people's behaviour, using real insights into how Thai people show care.
The characters in the spots speak to their loved ones in a loud, seemingly indifferent manner, but their words showed genuine care. The film ends with a funny and warm twist, showing how far people will go to show they care.
