Toilet paper and wipes brand Cottonelle has opted to ditch the puppies and get straight to the unpleasant point of 'down-there care' in this stomach-turning new campaign by Chicago agency FCB.
In four grotesque spots, directed by Guy Shelmerdine through SMUGGLER, Kelby, Connie, Marge and Alfred unashamedly confesses their nightmare ‘down-there’, be it swampy, steamy, raw and fishy, or as messy as the dinner on their toddler’s highchair.
As they speak, they begin sinking into a mess of their own sour metaphors; a murky, boggy pond, a swirl of spaghetti, a heap of oysters, and a pile of steamy romance novels.
