Let's face it, it's always nicer going to a workplace where you can count your colleagues as genuinely friends.

To kickstart this process, McDonald's in Canada has launched a new initiative inspiring buddies to apply together for some sweet, burger-flipping fun. Promoting this cute policy are a couple of delightfully understated comedic spots from Circle's James Haworth and agency Cossette. Presenting relatable scenarios, the Friends Wanted's charm comes from the authentic performances from the young actors, captured in a fly-on-the-wall, handheld style that allows the humour of the moment to shine through.
