Created by The Brooklyn Brothers London, this new 60-second spot for Castrol introduces the brand's new technical standard for their hybrid engine oils, HYSPEC.
A new, first-of-its-kind product for hybrid vehicles, HYSPEC has been designed as a benchmark to measure the performance of their hybrid engine oils as hybrid technology becomes more popular.
Directorial studio Trizz along, with production company Partizan, has created a globally released film which uses Trizz’s signature style of an abstract narrative brought to life by sleek, photoreal CGI. It shows a car passing through a moody cityscape at night, illuminated by neon lights, a visual representation of the expert engineering behind HYSPEC.
“Brooklyn Brothers came to us for an innovative product film which aligned perfectly with our studio’s visual language," said Oriol Puig, Creative Director at Trizz. "We aim to tell stories for complicated engineering feats, pioneers and industry leaders, which we can illustrate with animation. This film for HYSPEC has one shot of live action texture and the rest was artistically crafted by our CG department.”
