Have you ever pondered the past lives of your second-hand car? Whose hands have caressed its wheels? What bodily fluids have tainted its leather interior?
This imaginative concept forms the premise for this absurd and satirical spot, New Life, created by Square USA and artfully directed by Greg Hackett through BEING, for Belgium’s roadworthiness inspection initiative, Car-Pass.
Whether it’s a scorned wife taking their revenge on a partner’s prized Porsche, giving birth on the side of a busy road, or professing young love via heart-shaped donuts, these cars have all lived a life, although some of which new owners might prefer to remain a mystery.
