This film, from Bold director Peter Jones, was a winner at the AdCan Awards and has been chosen to help spread the word for this year's Royal Society for Public Health [RSPH] campaign.
Last year the RCPH created Scroll-Free September, the world’s first, large-scale campaign aimed at encouraging people to have a healthier and more meaningful relationship with social media, and this year's campaign, featuring Jones' work, is officially launching in July.
Scroll Free September offers the public the opportunity to take a break from their personal social media accounts throughout the month of September. By taking notice of and learning which elements of social media make individuals feel good and which make them feel bad, participating in Scroll Free September aims to help participants build a healthier, more balanced relationship with social media which lasts into the future – a relationship where use is conscious and mindful, and where the user is the one in control.
