Business Club will be representing the directors Tom Noakes and Vedran Rupic, alongside MD and Executive Producer Tom Berendsen.
Ernest Hemingway once said that “Rosters should be small like the opening of a keyhole, yet big enough to fit the actual key”.
Now given that he was a raging alcoholic and also the fact that he never said this, one would wonder why we have chosen this as a mantra? It’s because it rings more true today than way back when he didn’t say it.
Business Club Royale is coming to the UK.
You read that right. But the sentence is technically wrong.
It’s just Tom Noakes and Vedran Rupic. That might sound sad, but it’s actually a good thing. Small rosters are the name of the game. Because if you have someone on your roster not working: That is THE BIG sad. And Noakes and Rupic are working. They are working right now. So please, do not disturb them. But you are of course allowed to disturb the EP and managing director Tom Berendsen. Not because he doesn’t work. He does. He works on a wide variety of things. All with a varying degree of importance and urgency. He is writing this right now. Referring to himself in third person. Like a complete fucking idiot.
