British Airways has collaborated with Uncommon Creative Studio for the first time to create a one-of-a-kind campaign where no two ads are the same, celebrating the nation that has helped to make the brand a British Original

The ground-breaking initiative impressively traverses over 500 unique print, digital and outdoor ads and over 32 different short films. Boasting an original approach both in creative and media, it brings to life reasons for travel with a record-breaking number of executions.  

The concept centres around the common question travellers are asked when they land in a new destination, ‘What is the purpose of your visit?’ but instead of ticking the standard boxes, viewers see more meaningful and relatable answers. 

The multi-channel initiative perfectly balances humour with emotion, highlighting the fact that so often our reasons for flying far exceed simply ‘business’ or ‘leisure’. 

Whether we fly to reunite with friends, to enjoy the delicacies of another country, or to feel a ‘warm gust of air that doesn’t come from tube trains’, the campaign will have an answer that resonates with everyone, demonstrating how the brand recognises each of its customers as valued individuals.
