After 10 years of working her way up from receptionist to EP, Becca Falborn has officially launched her own company as CEO & Founder/President of Little Bird.

Falborn most recently held a dual role as Executive Producer of Business Development for LA based audio post company, Lime Studios, and one of New York City’s most rapidly growing post houses, Assembly. In 2014, Falborn started working as receptionist and client services for post house, Nice Shoes. After two years, she went on to expand her expertise at Hogarth as a Business Affairs Coordinator, handling the agency's largest worldwide account at the time, Mattel, as well as Cabelas.

With continued ambition, in 2017, Becca became a producer at Sound Lounge. There, she quickly rose in the ranks, filling the role as Senior Producer before ultimately securing her title as Executive Producer in 2019. At the time, Falborn was 28 years old and one of the youngest EP’s in the industry. This was one of her biggest career years, having also produced 12 Super Bowl campaigns in tandem with her milestone promotion, and later a nomination for Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list.

In 2021, Falborn kicked off the year as Executive Producer of New York for Lime Studios, expanding their offerings to east coast clientele. As a result of her rapid win increase, in 2022, Falborn began offering additional services outside of her full-time job with Lime with their support, due to the high demand. EP of Lime Studios, Susie Boyajan shared her excitement for the new venture and partnership, “Full circle moment with Becca creating ‘Little Bird’. Our relationship first started years prior to her joining Lime when she was producing at another company, and would help me sort my NYC ‘audio emergencies’. I have been fortunate to work with her as a client and then alongside her for the last 3 years at Lime. So excited for this next step for her!”

In January of 2023, Falborn became a full time dual-employee split between Lime and Assembly, spearheading both companies business development and sales efforts.

“I first met Becca in 2016, when I was hired as EP at a post house and she was the receptionist. Becca, less than 10 years later and you are truly a trailblazer! Her journey showcases resilience, passion, and dedication. It has been an honour to have had Becca on our team at Assembly this past year, and now to be one of her first clients as she launches Little Bird. I've witnessed her success and am confident the venture will soar. Cheers to the extraordinary journey from where our relationship started to where she’s heading. Fly high, my friend, the sky's the limit!" VP of Commercial Services at Assembly, Tara Holmes gushes.

Prior to breaking into advertising in 2014, Falborn worked as a production assistant on iconic reality television productions such as Jersey Shore, Snooki & JWoww, & Tattoo Nightmares. Throughout the last 10 years, Falborn has been an active member of the advertising industry, having served as an AICP judge for 4 consecutive years, a mentor for Cutters Connections, judge for the shots Awards the americas (now the head judge for 2024 music & sound design), and was a guest speaker for Wieden & Kennedy’s esteemed training program, The Kennedy’s. Becca is also a bowl leader for the NYC Advertising group on Fish Bowl and actively promotes best practices on the platform.

“The decision to finally make dreams a reality and start my own business wasn’t an easy one, I was nervous, second guessed myself, and wondered, 'Can I really do this all on my own?' After laying the groundwork with the support of my full time employers this past year I knew it was time - to stop overthinking, start doing, and just jump.” reflects Falborn, “If you ask anyone who knows me or interviewed me, I’ve always wanted to start something of my own. Now it’s time to spread my wings and fly - pun intended.”

The roster of Little Bird kicks off with the teams at Lime, Assembly, Carousel, Pull, and Schofield’s flowers. Falborn plans to expand the roster and is actively taking on new creative partners to serve her Rolodex.
