Leaning into the versatility and creative applications of the product, #WowTheWorld is a vaporwave dissection of youth culture.
Crossing wires, frequencies, and expressions, a group of young creatives catwalk through a fashion-forward cityscape. The beat is low and pulsing, a strange record of digital dissonance. There are pop-ups and a library of visuals of dedicated to digital obsession. The editing is swift and exciting, and #WowTheWorld feels like a cross in between a Billie Eilish music video and an underground Brooklyn fashion show.
Coming out of C41 and directed by Bollywood's Leone, the advert is swift and jumpy, feeling like a hype machine out of an indie creator’s studio. Without playing too much with animation or trippy cuts, the ad remains modern and fresh, an active and interesting showcase of editing and workmanship.
