There are currently around one billion cows on the planet, and the gasses they produce means that animal agriculture makes up 87 per cent of our greenhouse emissions.
A compelling argument for us to prioritise consumption of plant-based foods, the message conveyed by the forlorn Vega the Cow in this animation from Studio AKA.
Director Kristian Andrews teamed up with Creative Director Carl le Blond from London agency Logic to Magic to work with AKA’s team of CGI artists to bring to life the explosive Vega as she is swept up by runaway climate change.
We don't want to sound vegangelical, but you'd have to be a little hard-hearted not to at least consider Vega's entreaty that to save the planet, "you gotta stop eating me...!"
