Engine Creative’s latest work for Anchor Butter takes the long-running ‘Butter the Food. Butter the Mood’ campaign into a new fun places with a spot that riffs on the notion of slippage.
Directed by Joseph Mann through Blink Ink, the film is set around a food truck where locals are depicted sliding butter along various foodstuffs, something that turns the whole environment into a jolly land of slippery slanty things that brings unparalleled joy.
The director commented: “It was an honour to be asked back for round two of Anchor's ‘Butter the mood. Butter the food’. Bringing dancing tea cosies and dogs sliding along on their bottoms to screen would never be possible without heaps of trust, so a huge shout out to Arla and Engine Creative for the freedom needed to pull this unique mixed-media bonanza off!”
The TV and digital campaign is accompanied by comic radio ads and outdoor executions boasting butter-based visual puns.
