Adidas' blast from the past

First made famous 30 years ago by the likes of David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Steven Gerrard, sportswear brand Adidas’ iconic Predator boot has made an epic comeback in The Midnight Club's dynamic campaign starring its latest designer, footballer Jude Bellingham. 

With its production credits a well-kept secret, the 85-second spot, titled The Lab, opens in an equally secretive underground laboratory, where a scientist gives Bellingham a demonstration of the reimagined 1994 trainers, which allow the wearer to score infinite goals. 

In the blink of an eye, the midfielder is seen escaping from the lab with the boots, which he takes for a spin in disguise before revealing them to a stadium full of fans in a dramatic final scene.
