If you’ve never heard of the Zwift-backed LEGION, you’re not alone, but if you’re a pro cyclist or even just kind of follow the Tour de France when it’s on the tv, maybe it's time to pay attention. Led by brothers Justin and Cory Williams, LEGION aims to increase diversity, encourage inclusion, and provide a pathway into cycling for youths of all backgrounds. This documentary is an insider look at the ways that pro athletes have dealt with the pandemic when there was no way to train, or even compete, in person.
Shot in and around Los Angeles, the film captures the team’s camaraderie as they persist through a difficult year. This is How We Do It is an engaging and fascinating look at a group of cyclists as they continue to excel even when the competition goes virtual.
