Drunk dialling has taken on new embarrassment levels in the age of the Zoom, as the tipsy romantic in this entertaining promo for The Rolling Stones is probably all-too-aware.
Starring Normal People actor Paul Mescal, Academy directing duo Us' vid for track Scarlet takes us on a sloshed tour of an empty Claridge’s Hotel (a handy byproduct of the pandemic lockdown).
Perfectly staged and performed - Mescal being such a charismatic performer the film doesn't falter for a second - this clever use of Covid-new-normals is fun, frisky and full o' booze.
