Writer/director Luke Bradford was recently announced as one of four winners of the Directors UK & ARRI script competition, Challenge TRINITY.
The competition was created in partnership with camera equipment supplier ARRI and offered Directors UK members the chance to shoot with a Trinity camera stabiliser holding an Alexa LF or Alexa Mini with Signature Prime lenses, and to be teamed up with experienced, top-notch Trinity operators.
The film Bradford created, called One, is a powerful, emotional story based on a well known saying in addiction recovery; 'you have less of a drinking problem and more of a thinking problem'. The competition brief was to tell a story in one continuous, uninterrupted shot (Bradford nailed it on take-21).
Bradford shot the film through his own production company Frogspawn Film but is currently unsigned for commercial representation.
