More than 200,000 people applied to join the Mars One mission, but in its first brand campaign, Impossible Foods (the sustainable food company behind the cult Impossible Burger) reminds us that everything we need is right here on our own planet - we just need to preserve it.
Created in-house, the 90-second film follows an astronaut returning to Earth, appreciating with fresh eyes the wonders of a weed sprouting from a crack in the pavement or a pigeon's iridescent feathers, as he relays his observations back to mission control. 'I've dreamt of this planet for so long,' he says wistfully. 'This is paradise.'
The film was directed by Nick Walker through Object & Animal.
