Conceived by Buzzman, the spot focuses on the neighbours kept up by the noise of hedonistic housemates, celebrating their recent move into the building.
Rather than begrudge them, the spot empathises with the revellers, warning us that we too could be enjoying buying a new home, thanks to the bank's stress-free mortgage lending process.
