Most of us Brits just aren't getting enough. Fibre, that is.

And no wonder, as a new campaign from Wieden+Kennedy London points out, because it's hardly the sexiest of subjects. But thankfully, Arla has launched a new fibre-filled yoghurt to give you a daily dose of roughage without having to give it a second thought.

The tongue-in-cheek spot was directed by Jake Dypka through Independent Films.
