With the Thai New Year's Festival Songkran happening this month, the number of drunk driving accidents in the country, unfortunately, increases.
As a PSA to caution young people against drinking too much, SangSom - one of the largest alcohol brands in Thailand - and Sour Bangkok have released Drink Don't Dumb.
The spot takes a suprisingly light perspective on the dangers of alcohol consumption by creating a montage of party people doing things that they more than likely regretted the next morning, like calling their ex, stagediving, washing their face with toilet water, and wearing a traffic cone as a hat. With these exaggerated yet relatable scenarios, along with fun EDM and colourful graphics, SangSom encourages the young people of Thailand to have fun, but also warns them not to drink to much and do anything (too) stupid.
