The perfect antidote to Blue Monday, Santander Bank's latest spot is sure to warm the cockles of your wintry heart.
Part of a bigger campaign created by Arnold Worldwide, the hero film, directed by Daniel Kleinman via Rattling Stick, follows the antics of an anthropomorphic piggy bank, which gets lost, falls into the wrong hands and is smashed into smithereens. Thankfully, a kindly Santander employee comes to the rescue, puts the pieces back together and returns the errant porker to his rightful owner.
Framestore LA has done an impressive job on the visual effects, bringing the moneybox to life as what is surely the cutest pig to grace our screens since Babe.
