H&M: A Magical Holiday

H&M has upped the Christmas ante in its late entry to the seasonal campaign charts.

A Magical Holiday contains celebrity cameos from the likes of actor Jessie Williams and rapper Nicki Minaj, who play a couple that act out a fantastical bed time story about the girl who saved Christmas for their daughter, who can't sleep.

Created by Swedish agency Forsman & Bodenfors and helmed by music video director Johan Renck, the three-minute film stylishly disguises the brand's festive clothing line with its brilliant storytelling and focus on educating viewers about the importance of bravery, as the female protagonist has to muster the courage to retrieve stolen Christmas presents from Santa's evil brother. 

Released yesterday to coincide with Giving Tuesday, an initiative to inspire online activsm, the campaign is nicely partnered with H&M's decision to donate money from its Foundation to children charity, Unicef.
